• No importing photos! Unlike many other photo handling products you do NOT have to 'import' the photos into ShowMaker.
• Unlike many other slide show replayers, the ShowMaker replayer do not load all graphics before starting the slide show - it loads it during the show. This means you have much less start up waiting time and the replayer can handle much larger slide shows (hundreds and hundreds of images).
• With ShowMaker you have the possibility to use almost any setting you can think of. You can e.g. mix a self running/auto advancing slide show with some slides where the user has to click on a slide.
• Projects in ShowMaker are handled like ordinary files you can copy, open and save via standard file handling functionality, so you are always in full control of where your files are. Processed slide shows can also be opened again in ShowMaker as a slide show project. The file format is text based.
